D2EM Consulting is a training and consulting company that provide services in 7 countries in our region.

Organisations use resources in their operations, out of which human resources have key importance. We all need properly trained employees who have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to perform in their positions.

In order to have people with these qualities on board, continuous training must be provided to refresh and deepen their knowledge and to help them transfer their theoretical knowledge into practice. Depending on the characteristics of the organisation and the subject matter, these training sessions are held at different levels (top/middle managers, employees) and are either general or industry specific.

D2EM Consulting, in line with the clients' requirements, assists its partners to improve the knowledge and skills of their people through open training sessions, company specific tailored and practice-oriented training sessions and workshops, as well as, during consultancy projects.

Since 2007 D2EM Business Team developed the sales network structure (Bitola, Strumica, Ohrid, Belgrade) and regional support activities.
